Every Reshetar project is managed by construction professionals with years of experience. Our management process includes:
Budgeting and Scheduling
A Reshetar project manager determines project parameters during the budgeting and scheduling process. He incorporates information from architects and general contractors, then adds our experience in similar projects. This means that when our crews go on-site they know exactly what needs to be done, how much it’s going to cost, and when it needs to be finished.
Specifications
Almost every project has a spec book. These specifications identify every trade, and every item that’s going to be in a construction project. Reshetar specs cover everything that applies to our part of the project, such as gypsum board, metal stud framing, insulation, and finishing. Other subs might exclude items that are not completely spelled out. Reshetar specs are complete on every project. This forthright approach results in honest and accurate bids on your project.
Value Engineering
Our project managers are not shy about raising concerns on the bidding or design side. We’re always looking for ways to A) save money or B) save time. This is what we call Value Engineering. The result? Few, if any change orders, since the contractor knows in advance the scope of the work and what it’s going to cost. There are no surprise line items on a Reshetar Systems invoice.
